The web 2.0 era

The introduction of new features in browser technology opened the way for new ways of interacting with the web during the last decade. It has been dubbed as the “Web 2.0” and essentially gave more freedom and interactivity to the internet users. Key features were the ability to collaborate and the advent of “web applications” replacing the traditional information-centric web pages.

Winot employs experienced programmers that were “born and raised” in this environment. Over the years we have designed and developed several web applications, suited mostly for the business sector. Winot has been one of the first software houses that realized the great potentials that Web 2.0 was bringing to the business landscape: online collaboration among employees and customized client interactions to name a few.
