Last but not least, the evaluation of the performance of an intelligent software system is of paramount importance for its success. Although evaluation is intuitive for humans to perform, e.g. by asking “Did I do well? Why or why not?” , evaluating the performance of computer programs is hard to do, especially when operating in complex environments. If this phase is executed correctly, it can result in highly adaptive and dynamic software agents capable of learning, which is a key property of intelligence.

However, there is no panacea in this situation as well, since every system is evaluated differently. Winot is able to apply its expertise on machine learning and related areas, to implement business software systems capable of learning and fine tuning their own parameters. As a result, the solutions we will deliver will be more adaptive and consequently less costly to monitor or upgrade.
