Modern organizations perform a wide range of actions during a normal business day. These might be sending or receiving orders, contacting clients, monitoring production or gathering information. At the end, successful businesses rely on the ingenuity and inspiration of its employees to make the difference, properties that modern artificially intelligent systems do not possess. Still, in Winot we believe that software systems can assist greatly in this domain too.

There are two distinct ways to achieve that. First, by automating the way the employees act and second by fully automating time-consuming and “unproductive” processes. This incurs three important competitive advantages:

1. Actions are being logged for collaboration, further processing and evaluation. After all, significant insight can be obtained by analyzing objectively past failures.
