The technological advances of our time make it possible to monitor a wild range of information sources. Traffic, weather, stock markets, news, orders, sales, opportunities, etc, anything can be monitored and logged for further processing. Yet, modern business has been slow to achieve this level of automation relying mostly in conventional ways of aggregating and diffusing information.
Winot envisions a future in which organizations, much like living intelligent beings, will be connected 24/7 to their environment, thus constantly sensing the slightest change or piece of information that will form the basis for new ideas and actions. Effectively this means that sensing infrastructure has to be deployed in every interface of the organization with the outer world: website, mobiles, CRM, data warehouse.
